Description
Coagulant
The process of coagulation in water treatment has a special place. Several researches has been done about the type of coagulant optimum to remove turbidity. Coagulants include substances used to stabilize suspended particles and to stick them together. These particles have a negative or positive charge, and coagulants usually consume positive, negative or load-free electrical loads that neutralize and suspend sediment particles in the water.
Materials that create turbidity in water include clay, viruses, bacteria, folic acid and humic substances; minerals such as asbestos, silicates, and radioactive particles. Jarret is used to select the appropriate coagulant as well as its proper dosage in the purification process under different conditions.
The specially formulated coagulants of Abrizan Company increase the rate of sedimentation, increase the size and density of deposited materials, and increase the efficiency of filtration and separation, which improves the process quality and reduces significantly the final turbidity. These coagulants have different types of cationic, anionic, non-load-bearing and polymeric materials, which are used due to the charge of suspended particles and the degree of turbidity of water.
No | Code | Production | Description |
1 | CA70 | Anionic coagulant | R.O. water for sea water and polymeric complementary anti-scalant |
2 | CK58 | Cationic coagulant | R.O. water and open circuit cooling |
3 | CI44 | Nonunic Coagulant | R.O. water and open circuit cooling |
4 | CP61 | Polymer Coagulant | R.O. water and open circuit cooling |
Usage:
Initially, select the appropriate coagulant according to the type of salts and suspended matter in the feed water, and then inject the required amount of coagulant with the required amount of water without hardness and inject 10 to 40ppm into the system feed water. The slurry system can be performed according to the amount of deposited material.
