Food Grade Anti-foam for Medium & High Pressure Boilers (Mitreh AFG95)

Description

Foaming in boilers is caused by the presence of soluble and insoluble impurities in the water or by increased alkalinity of the water. The anti-foam used in boilers by food grade consumption must also contain edible based compounds in addition to proper performance. Mitreh AFG95, with non-silicone (alcoholic) edible based compounds, without dissolving in water, resulting in emulsification; easily transfers to the water surface and prevents foam formation by eliminating surface tension.

Calibration of Using Mitreh AFG95 Solution:

In order to prevent the formation of foam in high and medium pressure boiler systems, the dosage of the solution is different, according to the analysis of feed water.
