Foaming in boilers is caused by the presence of soluble and insoluble impurities in the water or by increased alkalinity of the water. Mitreh AFG95, with non-silicone (alcoholic) edible based compounds, without dissolving in water, resulting in emulsification; easily transfers to the water surface and prevents foam formation by eliminating surface tension.
Calibration of using Mitreh AFG95 Solution:
In order to prevent the formation of foam in high and medium pressure boiler systems, the dosage of the solution is different, according to the analysis of feed water.
