Description
Food Grade Mitreh for cooling system (FG1060 Code)
Anti-scale and anti-corrosion for cooling system
Most factories in the food industry need refrigeration facilities depending on the conditions and characteristics of their production lines. This facility can include the following:
- Refrigerators: For maintenance of raw materials and final products, which are the basic facilities of many food factories.
- Air conditioning: Air conditioning systems are one of the essential requirements of food factories in order to provide the necessary and standard temperature in the production hall.
- Ice-making: Ice-making units are constructed as separate production line in factories that use ice.
- Quick freezing system: whenever it requires to freeze a product quickly, the cooling industry used a fast product freeze to, save the quality and color.
Refrigerating system of the food industry are often associated with the problem of sedimentation and corrosion due to the difficulty in running their orbital water. The formation of sediment on the wall of the facility creates a layer resistant to heat transfer, and in sensitive industries, there can be irreparable damage and food loss due to lack of cooling. Also, the corrosion problem in this facility has caused the perforation of the facilities and pipes and the possibility of penetration of water and anti-corrosive and anti-corrosive products into the food. In these sensitive industries, while preventing the formation of sediment and corrosion in the plant, materials should be used to prevent food corruption
FG1060 Food Grade Refrigerant Dispenser is designed and manufactured to prevent the formation of sediment and prevent the ingestion of refrigerated food plants without harmful chemical effects. It reduces depreciation, increases productivity and reduces energy consumption in the food industry. .
Usage:
In order to prevent sedimentation and corrosion, inject MSA1069 solution at a dose of one-tenth per cent continuously according to the amount of water consumed.
If the intake water is not fed from resin dampening and R.O system, increase the dose according to calibration table below.
Table F13 – Calibration table for preventing deposition and corrosion MSA1069 | ||
No. | Water Hardness (PPM) | Using amount |
1 | 100-300 | 2 liters per thousand liters of inlet water |
2 | 300-600 | 3 liters per thousand liters of inlet water |
3 | 600-900 | 4 liters per thousand liters of inlet water |
