In many industrial devices, the issue of heat transfer is a major issue affecting the efficiency of the device. The process of heat exchange between two fluids with different temperatures separated by a solid wall occurs in many engineering applications. In most cases, the water is chosen as one of the two heat transfer fluid due to its high thermal capacity. One of the most important and costly problems that every industry faces is the formation of sedimentation on surfaces during work, which increases the resistance to heat transfer between the two fluids and causes corrosion in the systems.
There are several ways to eliminate these sediments. But none of the existing methods has a 100% return and may also have disadvantages for facilities and the environment.
Mitreh has been patented, and mass production during long-term research and spending a lot of expenses at the center of the growth of the Organization of Scientific and Industrial Research of Iran. Mitreh, removing sediment, prevents the formation of new sediments and also prevents corrosion of surfaces. Mitreh has a neutral pH and does not cause any corrosion at the plant, reduces the rate of corrosion of the water; it acts as an inhibitor of corrosion.
Unlike washing acid or mechanical deposition, it is not necessary to remove the device from the circuit and stop the operation (which causes waste of energy, time and cost), and not only one part, but the whole course of the water flow depletion.
