Description
Industrial Mitereh for Ship (MKS1061) (MKS1144) (MKS1148)
Anti-scale and anti-corrosion specially designed for ship’s thermal and cooling system.
Water used by ships and most vessels includes three parts; fresh, sea and boiler water. The cooling system of the ship is cooled down by a freshwater system called Low Temperature (LT). LT Water is used to cool generators, compressors, refrigerators, diesel engines, etc.
In addition, the LT system is installed to cool the main engine oil and also cool HT water, depending on the type of ship or any other floating.
High Temperature System (HT) is specific to the main engine. The HT system is the main water engine shuttle cycle, which, after cooling the engine body and passing through the Engine Air Cooler, enters the HT cooler and cools with LT water.
Sea Water on ships and other vessels has an open system that can be used to cool the LT water, depending on the type of float in the Heat Exchanger.
The boiler water is distilled water. The water boiler system has two part; boiler water inlets and a boiler water drum. Due to the corrosivity of distilled water due to its low pH and dissolved oxygen content, it causes corrosion in the boiler plant. Using Industrial Mitreh for ship (MKS1148) protects the plant from corrosion and scale formation due to anti-corrosion and anti-scale properties and increases the useful life of the plant.
Due to the existence of very narrow water pipes in some LT and HT water routes, the presence of the least amount of sediment causes collapse and disruption of the system, as a result of prevention of sediment formation in this type of system is prioritized. The Mike Industrial Ship Special Refrigerant System Code (MKS1061) can be injected through the LT Expansion Tank to prevent sediment formation and corrosion prevention. The Industrial Mitreh (MKS1144) can also be introduced into the HT water system through the HT Expansion Tank and prevent the formation of deposits and corrosion. Mitreh has a neutral pH and, in addition to no corrosion in the facility, reduces the rate of corrosion of the water; it also acts as an inhibitor of corrosion.
Performing tests such as nitrate, chloride and hydrazine control tests commonly used in the ship’s engine room is due to the use of materials used to prevent and control sediment formation and corrosion in the plant. In the case of using the industrial barrier, the need to control and maintain such parameters is minimized.
Usage:
In order to accurately calculate the amount of required Mitreh, it is necessary to provide water analysis to the experts of the technical office of Abrizan Company, so that according to the analysis and process of the system, the exact amount of consumption and the best using method will be offered. If you are not fully aware of the water hardness, use the F9 table for HT systems and the F10 table for LT systems and use the F11 table for boiler water.

To improve performance, it is recommended firstly, wash the system with MKD0110 and MKD1120, then according to the calibration table inject the so called solutions into the system with a dosing pump, to prevent sedimentation and corrosion in system.
