Description
Anti-scale & Anti-corrosion Solution for Condenser
Condenser is a device that performs the task of cooling water and mainly converting steam to liquid. Condensers are a type of heat exchanger in which the heat of the hot steam is transferred to another fluid such as air or water and the steam converts to liquid. Converting steam to liquid in the condenser causes precipitate solutes present in the water and also causes severe corrosion in the installation.
The phenomenon of deposition on the heat transfer channels and corrosion in the installations is one of the major problems that refrigerating rooms faced by, and causes in high energy costs. The water used to cool the condenser has a hardness that is mainly due to cations such as calcium and magnesium.
Temporary hardness, or carbonate hardness, becomes carbonate deposition by heat and sits on the wall of the pipe over time and causes heat transfer problems. Industrial Mitreh solution for condensers prevents the formation of calcium carbonate and magnesium sulfate by encasing the cations and prevents the formation of sediment. It is better to use water treated by industrial Mitreh solution for condensers to reduce depreciation, increase efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Industrial Mitreh solution for condensers with anti-corrosion compounds, extends installation life and prevents corrosion.
Usage:
To prevent sedimentation and corrosion, inject solution code MSA1062 at a dosage of 10% continuously (depending on the amount of consuming water).
If the system inlet water is not fed by the resin hardener and the R.O system, the dosage will obviously increase.
It is advisable to consult the experts of this company to ensure the improvement of the performance of injectable additives and to determine and measure all parameters of water process measurement.
