Description
Membrane-filter rinse liquids (Mitreh CMA0150, Mitreh CMB0251, Mitreh CMB0253)
A reverse osmosis water purifier (R.O) membrane occurs in a physical process. The raw water is then driven off by passing through the primary filters and pre-purifying, into a compartment with a semi-permeable membrane (membrane), and finally, the water is virtually pure from one side of the membrane and the condensing water It is removed from impurities on the other side.
The membrane consists of several layers of membrane wrapped around a central tube. The membrane acts as a filter that passes through the solvent molecules, but the impurity molecules can not pass through the membrane. When sediments formed on the surface of the membranes, they reduce the flow of refined water or reduce the quality of the water. As a result, after a while, the membrane gets stuck and needs to rinse. For periodic washing of membranes, acidic solutions or games are used.
The industrial company of Abrizan, a manufacturer of polysaccharide and phosphonate base anti-scalers with a long history of manufacturing a variety of reverse osmosis water purification devices (R.O), has produced acidic solutions and games for washing membranes.

Calibrate the use of membrane detergent solutions:
The membrane filter wash in reverse osmosis systems (R.O) is performed as a trial and error. For example, if a water test involves inorganic materials such as iron or manganese, then a solution should be used that can remove the deposition of metals. To this end, it is recommended to use an acid membrane detergent Mitreh CMA0150. If the clogging contains solids in the water, it indicates biological contamination and should be used with a Mitreh CMB0251 or Mitreh CMB0253 alkaline detergent to clean the membrane.
In the case of large-scale reverse osmosis systems, the mode of washing is better combined. First, rinse the system with an alkaline solution, and then completely immerse it with hard water; first immerse the membrane in an acid solution for a few hours, then rinse it with high pressure and apply water.
