Description
Mineral scale remover chemicals in multi stage desalination systems (Mitreh 833)
Sewage sweetening in MED and MSF systems due to the concentration of water left in the system from soluble compounds , has always been have the problem of scale formation and sediment layers in the system. The deposits formed on the pipes and the surfaces by creating a layer of insulation, prevent large amounts of heat transfer. Acids are commonly used to remove sediments formed in these systems. The Mitreh 833 solution with mineral acids base separates large amounts of precipitates from the walls and removes them from the system.
Calibrate the use of Mitreh 833:
Depending on the volume and type of precipitation, the dosage of the solution is different for removal of sediment in a multi-stage sweetener. It is necessary to coordinate with the company’s technical experts for the purpose of deposition.
Water analysis of the system and the sediment sample formed in the plant, estimation of the approximate amount of sediment available in the facility, the volume of water during the day and the amount of water in the various parts of the system before the deposition operation is required.
