Description
Anti-scale, Anti-corrosion & Anti-algae Solution for Circulating Water with a Hardness of -1000ppm
Heat exchange between two fluids at different temperatures occurs in many engineering applications, usually one of the two fluids is water. Industrial waters are usually associated with problems such as deposition, corrosion and environmental pollutants, which can damage the installations and reduce production efficiency, and even in some cases, contaminants in water can make people sick.
Mitreh Solution Code 3, MSA008 was developed to reduce the damage caused by the use of undesirable water and the damages suffered by industries such as deposition, corrosion and environmental pollutants, especially in circulating waters with hardness below 1000 ppm.
It prevents deposition and Corrosion of installations and also disinfects the water in the installations and eliminates germs and bacteria in it. As a result, heat exchange is easily carried out at the installations, preventing damage to the installations and preventing various diseases.
Usage:
Enter the required amount of solution according to the physical and chemical factors of water and especially microbial water analysis in coordination with the company experts and if new water enters the system at the same ratio, add new solution. It is recommended that in systems with high water consumption, pumping dosing is used to inject materials.
- Microbiological (microbial) tests are essential to improve performance.
- In systems that have contaminated feed or water sources, it is recommended to use ant-biofouling solutions with codes HE0078, HE0060, HE0085, HE0055, HE0096 and HE0083 to complete the process according to the type of microorganism and the type of system.
Some Physical Properties of the Solution:
