Description
Organic & mineral acids based descaling in exchangers (Mitreh 0103)
Carbonate and calcium and magnesium sulfate, calcium and magnesium silicates, and corrosion products are the most common sediments in the converters. The accumulation of sediment reduces the cross-sectional flow and reduces heat transfer at the surface and pushes the pumps. The final result is reducing the heat transfer efficiency and reducing the useful life of the converter and other components.
The use of several organic and inorganic acid compounds is effective in removing all types of sediment produced at the converter surfaces. Mitreh 0103 solution contains several different acids to maximize the deposition of debris. Unlike other sediment vectors, they have a special anti-corrosive compound to reduce the corrosion rate of acids and oxidizing agents. This is why the Mitreh 0108 solution can be injected directly into the working system, and after a few hours the system of drainage of suspended sediments in the water is carried out. It should be noted that this solution does not cause any harmful skin, respiratory and environmental effects.
Calibrate using Mitreh 0103:
For the purpose of depositing the converters with Mitreh 0103 solution, for each kilogram of sediment in the system ,2 liters of solution is required .
Water analysis of the system and the sediment sample formed in the plant, estimation of the approximate amount of sediment available in the facility, the volume of water during the day and the amount of water in the various parts of the system before the deposition operation is required.
