Phosphate-Poly Phosphates based anti-scale & anti-corrosion chemicals in exchangers (Mitreh 1138)

A combination of specially designed phosphates and polymeric  phosphates in various pH range protects the formation of different deposits on surfaces. The polymers in this compound, along with organic matter, are capable of preventing sediment from forming a complex, and they can protect them against corrosive agents by forming protective layers on metals.

The combination of polymer compounds with phosphates significantly prevents the formation of carbonates and calcium and magnesium sulfates, which results in heat transfer at optimal levels and does not cause corrosion problems under sedimentation.

Another advantage of using this solution is its 98% anti-corrosion performance. The rapid formation of film in a wide range of temperature and pH (due to the presence of active ions and anti-corrosive compounds) is a major cause of the high anti-corrosion effect of this solution.

Calibrating using a solution of Mitreh 1138:

In the prevention of sedimentation and corrosion in the converters, due to the hardness of the water entering, the dissolution rate is different. The dosage is between 20-80 ppm in normal conditions.
