Description
The combination of phosphates and specific polymeric phosphates at different pH ranges effectively prevents the formation of different scales on the surfaces. Polymers with organic matter in this compound, are able to prevent the formation of precipitates by the formation of complexes, and can also protect the metals against corrosion by forming protective layers.
Combining polymeric compounds with phosphates significantly inhibits the formation of calcium and magnesium carbonates and sulfates, resulting in efficient heat transfer on the surfaces and no sub-scale corrosion problems.

In order to prevent the scale formation and corrosion in exchangers the dosage is different, depending on the hardness of the feed water and the type of boiler alloy.

- Sample analysis of system feed water
- Ensuring that the system is clean (in terms of scale and other contaminants)
