Description
The Mitreh 962 scale and corrosion inhibiting solution, forms a durable layer on the cathode and anodic surfaces of most metals with its special function and prevents corrosion on the metal surface. This action done well by stabilized phosphate compounds. Phosphonate molecules absorb calcium and magnesium ions or complex with them and prevent the formation of calcium and magnesium carbonate and sulfate precipitates.
Calibration of Using Mitreh 962 Solution:
In order to prevent the scale formation and corrosion in exchangers the dosage is different, depending on the hardness of the feed water and the type of boiler alloy.
The appropriate dosage shall be informed by the relevant technical experts and facility engineers, and if there is any uncertainty or need for advice, get advice from the expert of technical office of Abrizan Company.
To calculate more accurately, consider the following:
- Sample analysis of system feed water
- Ensuring that the system is clean (in terms of scale and other contaminants)
- The amount of water circulating and the volume of water consumed (make-up)
- Complete system monitoring and field inspection of various parts of the circuit in terms of corrosion
