The water used in the facility contains a large amount of different soluble that are deposited on the surfaces and pipes of the cooling and heating installations, and over time the pipes and passageways block, and cause increased energy consumption and damage to the facilities. Also, soluble and oxygen can cause corrosion of pipes and installations. The use of descalar for the removal of sediments is very common, but most descalers only eliminate carbonate deposits and cannot eliminate the resulting rust.

This rust-fueled bubble solution solves the rings created on a facility such as iron alloys and zinc alloys, and the surface of the metal is free from any rust and precipitates like the first day. This solution is also used to remove and dissolve calcareous sediments.

How to use Rust Remover:

1. Eliminating possible fats in the system and draining water with it’s fat.
2. Eliminate carbonate deposition by proper descalers.
3. Dewatering system.
4. Adding a rust remover solution to remove rust created in the circulating water system: Injecting a about 2 to 3 liters of Rust Remover Mitreh per cubic meter, after ,at least ,12 hours dissolve the rust Created on the system.
5. Discharge of water with iron rust.
6. Wash the system with high pressure water
7. Add fresh low hardness water plus the industrial Mitreh to prevent the formation of new sediment and prevent corrosion of the plant.

Note:

So called methods are the perfect and ideal conditions for washing and de-sedimentation of the system which containing rust. Therefore, if the system is free from fat and sediment, steps 1 and 2 are not required. In some situations, Rust Remover Mitreh is combined with industrial and cold Mitreh.
