Description
Sard Mitreh for cooling systems (code MDA0108)
de-Sedimentation of all types of cooling systems, without stopping the system
Cooling systems are used for cooling operation, which includes all cooling systems. In most small and large factories, cooling towers are one of the most important ones. Cooling devices are usually made up of a closed circuit, where water in these devices plays the role of absorption, excretion and heat transfer. Cold water and subsequent warming in these systems cause the deposition of water salts (carbonates, calcium and magnesium sulfates), especially in cooling towers. The deposits in the cooling tower and the associated pipes and installations reduce the heat transfer between the water and the desired fluid, as well as the reduction of the diameter of the pipes and, consequently, reduce the volume of water in the system. Therefore, the cooling operation as well as the cooling operation of the water are not well implemented and the efficiency of the system is reduced.
To eliminate the sediment and scale formed in the refrigerating systems, the use of cold water cooling solution (MDA0108) is recommended. Cold cooling solution Sard Mitreh dissolves the inter molecular deposits of sediments by dissolving sediment in water, preventing the precipitation of carbonate and sulfate compounds due to the high electoro-negativity of the mixture.
Unique properties of Sard Mitreh:
1- don’t need to stop the system
2- Full-scale removing of the system
3- Controlled corrosion comparing to other descalers
Usage:
After calculating the amount of sediment present in the total closed circuit of the system by the technical experts of the facility, for each kilogram of estimated sediment, depending on the type of sediment, a solution of 2 to 3 liters of cold-water solution is considered.
Enter the amount of solution you want in two steps as below:
1- While draining and collecting water at the time of deposition, without stopping the system, circulate approximately the calculated solution to the injection system, and after 12 to 72 hours, the working water is completely drained ,after sampling (Sample No. 2) and After completely washing with pump or jet-water pressure, dewater the system.
2. In the same operating conditions as in the first step, the remaining amount will enter the refrigeration system and after 12 to 48 hours, drain the water and rinse the system. Then dewater the system and use solutions MSA1062, MSA1069, MSA1070, MSA1065 to prevent corrosion and sediment fromation, and in food industries use FG1060 for food purposes.
