Description
Using of non-acid phosphate-based scale remover is recommended in cases where system sensitivity is high and corrosion of the system is not favorable and should be used with high safety solution or if scale is low in the system and similar cases. The Mitreh 1158 solution, with special properties, dissolves scales into the water during operation, in a longer period of time compare with Mitreh 833 and Mitreh 0151 solutions. Not only it doesn’t cause corrosion, it is also a corrosion inhibitor and protects the system from corrosion.
Calibration of Using Mitreh 1158 Solution:
In order to remove scales created in multi-stage desalination, the dosage of the solution consumption varies, according to the analysis of the feed water and the amount of formed scale in the system. In some cases requires initial shock. So consult with the company’s technical experts to ensure the results.
System water analysis and scale formed at the installation, estimation of approximate amount of scale available at the installation, the volume of make-up water during the day, and the kind of alloys in the various parts of the system are required prior the scale removing operation.
