This organic phosphorus solution has the ability to form complex mixtures with metal ions. Phosphate compounds can stabilize iron or hardened metals and form protected films on metal surfaces. This solution has better scale control agents than Mitreh 943 solution, whereas Mitreh 943 solution is preferred in terms of corrosion control.<\/p>\n

The use of this solution at high pH ranges is one of its excellent capabilities that can be used to control water hardness solutes and other scales.<\/p>\n

Calibration of Using Mitreh 948 Solution:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

In order to prevent scale and corrosion in open circuit cooling tower systems, the amount of solution consumption varies according to the physical and chemical conditions of the inlet water and the type of metal.<\/p>\n

To calculate more accurately, consider the following:<\/p>\n

1- Sample analysis of system feed water<\/p>\n

2- Ensuring that the system is clean (in terms of scale and other contaminants)<\/p>\n

3- The amount of water circulating and the volume of water consumed (make-up)<\/p>\n

4- Complete system monitoring and field inspection of various parts of the circuit in terms of corrosion<\/p>\n
