Edible Scale Remover Solution for Food Industry Installation<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Factories in the food industry usually have thermal and cryogenic installation. In such installations, which include cooling systems for material storage, aeration systems, freezing systems and rapid freezing systems, and heating systems for all types of boilers for steam cooking and sterilizing food packaging containers; Various devices and equipment are used, including chillers, cooling towers, ice banks, air-cooled heat exchangers, boilers and more. The water used to provide heat and cooling in such facilities is usually of varying hardness. Calcium and magnesium carbonates and sulfates at low temperature have low solubility and are highly susceptible to deposition. The formation of scale layers on the walls of installation acts as insulation and does not provide the required cooling to the food, thereby causing food spoilage or in the baking boilers of the protein material, deposition causing no heat exchange and increase energy consumption. Removal of these formed scale is done by various methods, the most common of which are acid cleaning. As a result of acidification, while only a small part of the scale installation is removed, corrosion also occurs, and corrosion is severe due to the perforation of the installation and the entry of water and corrosion products into the food production process.<\/p>\n

Due to the possibility of anti-scale materials during deposition and the possibility of material remaining after the scale removing operation in the system, the material should be used (Food Grade).<\/p>\n

Therefore, using Sard Solution Food Grade (code FG0128) to eliminate scale formed in the thermal and cryogenic installation of the food industry avoids the energy loss and depreciation of the installation and increases the useful life of the installation and if there are cleaner left after the final wash, there is no problem. Installation deposition with cold Mitreh solution, food grade with controlled corrosion, reduces energy consumption and increases the efficiency of the cooling and thermal systems.<\/p>\n

Usage:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

After calculating the amount of scale in the entire closed-circuit system desired by the facility technical experts, Depending on the type of scale estimated for each kilogram of scale, approximately 2 to 3 kg of food grade Sard Mitreh solution is considered.<\/p>\n

Use the desired amount of solution with the following procedure:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. First, add the calculated solution to the system water and circulate for 15 minutes then allow the solution to stand for 2 to 3 hours to soak the scale and then remain stationary.<\/li>\n
  2. After the elapsed time, circulate the system fluid with the pump and repeat the circulation for 30 to 40 minutes. Then allow the solution to stationary in the system for 1 to 2 hours again.<\/li>\n
  3. The pumps should be turned on again and the fluid recirculated and water and scales completely discharged after 40 to 50 minutes.<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0After the above steps, rinse the system thoroughly twice and drain the remaining water and scale completely.<\/li>\n
  5. After the above operation, in the case of scale in the system with one-second to one-third the initial amount (depending on the amount of scale remaining), repeat the above steps and complete the drainage system water.<\/li>\n
