It has a appropriate concentration and is non-oxidizing and has no detrimental effect on membranes. Membrane detergent solution is used for periodic washing of membranes for the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Analysis of feed water and its contamination with bacteria and microbes<\/li>\n<li>Improper design of R.O system<\/li>\n<li>Incomplete performance of R.O biocides.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This solution is used both as a membrane detergent to remove bio-pollutants and microbial films as well as to remove some of the mineral colloids and to some extent sulfated sediments.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The\u200c soluble constituents of AMD0270 are anionic surfactants and have a high ability to remove organic matter at the surface and inside membranes.<\/p>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Usage<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Membrane rinsing with AMD0270 detergent solution occurs when layers of microbial film are formed in the membrane and have a microbial clog that smells like rotten fish. Depending on the amount of membrane clogging, use different dosage of this solution, and after dilution, rinse the soaked membrane for 3-4 hours. In case of using hot water to a temperature between 35-45 \u02daC the performance of the solution improves and the wash is more complete. After rinsing the membrane with this solution, drain thoroughly and continue rinsing with fresh water until the pH of the inlet and outlet water is the same.
