Description
Cationic, Anionic & Polymer Coagulant Solution for Industrial Water Process
The coagulation process has a special place in water treatment so that many studies have been done on the type of optimum coagulant to remove turbidity. Coagulants include substances used to destabilize and attach charged particles to each other. These particles have a negative or positive electric charge, and the coagulants consumed are usually positive, negative, or non-charged, which neutralize and precipitate suspended particles in water.
Turbidity generating substances in water include clay, viruses, bacteria, folic acid and humic acid; minerals such as asbestos, silicate, and radioactive particles. Jar test is used to select the appropriate coagulant as well as its appropriate dosage in the water treatment process under different conditions.
Manufactured coagulants of Abrizan Company by special formulations increase the deposit rate of suspended substance, dimensionality and density of deposited substance, and increase filtration and separation efficiency and improve process quality and dramatically reduce final turbidity. These coagulants have a variety of cationic, anionic, non-ionic, and polymeric types, which are used due to the electrical charge of the suspended particles and the amount of water turbidity.
Description | Product name | Product code |
R.O feed water for seawater and polymeric antiscalants supplements | Anionic Coagulants | CA70 |
R.O feed water and open-closed circuit cooling tower | Cationic Coagulants | CK58 |
R.O feed water and open-closed circuit cooling tower | Non-ionic Coagulants | CI44 |
R.O feed water and open-closed circuit cooling tower | Polymer Coagulants | CP61 |
Usage:
First, choose the appropriate coagulant, depending on the type of solutes and suspended substances in the feed water, and then dilute the required coagulants with the required amount of soft water and inject 3-20 ppm into the feed water. The blowdown time of the system or clarifier should be determined by the amount of deposited material.
It is recommended that you consult with experts of Abrizan technical offices for use.
