Description
Cooling towers have the most favorable conditions for the growth of different microorganisms. In these towers, temperature and pH are usually in the ideal range for their growth, and their nutritional factors such as organic substances, mineral salts and sunshine are abundant. These microorganisms enter the system either by compensatory water or by the air that passes through the cooling tower and multiplies logarithmically.
The use of dispersant substances to prevent the sedimentation and adhesion of organic and inorganic substances on cooling tower surfaces can help prevent the growth and proliferation of microorganisms. The conditions for their proliferation disappear, due to the dispersal of nutrients needed for the growth of microorganisms.
Calibration of Using Mitreh 0085 Solution:
This solution should be injected continuously into the system. The dosage of Mitreh 0085 varies between 10-100ppm depends on how much they tend to sedimentation as well as the amount of organic and inorganic material present in the system. Higher dosage can also be injected into water-based systems with more particles and substances.
Some Physical Properties of the Solution:
