Description
Amine-based neutralizers are used to control corrosion of equipment, especially the parts, after the boiler. Mitreh 768 solution contains special amine compounds and increases the pH by neutralizing carbonic acid. As a result, it prevents the formation types of corrosions that occur at acidic pH. It should be noted that this solution is not capable of controlling the corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen in water.
Calibration of Using Mitreh 768 Solution:
In order to prevent of corrosion in medium pressure boiler systems, the injection dosage varies according to the amount of carbonic acid and other physical and chemical parameters, and contact technical experts for use with regard to sample water analysis and system operating conditions.
In the first few weeks of use, this inhibitor should be used at a rate of two to three times that of normal to produce the best film on the whole metal surface (primary treatment).
