Description
The combination of polymers and special organic materials at wide pH ranges greatly prevent the formation of various scale on the surfaces. The polymers in this compound are able to treat the hydrolysis calcium orthophosphate complexes and thus exploit the inherent anodic corrosion control ability. Combining polymeric compounds with specific phosphates can prevent the formation of carbonate and calcium and magnesium sulfates, and thus heat transfer on the surfaces is performed efficiently and no corrosion problems occur.
Another advantages of using this solution in open-circuit cooling towers is its 98% anti-corrosion performance. The rapid formation of resistant film over a wide range of temperature and pH (due to the presence of active ions and special anti-corrosion compounds) is an important cause of the high performance of Mitreh 1110’s anti-corrosion performance even in multi-metal systems.
Calibration of Using Mitreh 1110 Solution:
In order to prevent scale and corrosion in open circuit cooling tower systems, the amount of solution consumption varies according to the physical and chemical conditions of the inlet water and the type of metal.
To calculate more accurately, consider the following:
- Sample analysis of system feed water
- Ensuring that the system is clean (in terms of scale and other contaminants)
- The amount of water circulating and the volume of water consumed (make-up)
- Complete system monitoring and field inspection of various parts of the circuit in terms of corrosion
Some Physical Properties of the Solution:
