Description
Scale Remover Solution for Vehicle Radiator
Scale and corrosion are major causes of burnout and replacement of Vehicle radiators all over the world. In this way, gasoline combustion in the vehicle engine produces high heat. Radiators are responsible for regulating and cooling the engine’s temperature by circulating water. Water circulating with increasing temperature causes scale formation in the system, which reduces the heat transfer and closes the water flow ducts and reduces pressure. The high costs of repair, maintenance and depreciation of the engine cooling system, necessitate the use of a solution to scale removing the entire vehicle cooling system.
In this regard, Abrizan Industrial Research Company proudly introduces the valuable solution, Vehicle Mitreh to all owners include light and heavy vehicles such as road construction, agriculture, transportation, military, marine, and all vehicles have radiator cooling system.
This valuable solution was invented, manufactured and marketed for the first time in the world by researchers at this company and has been appreciated by consumers. The unique property of this solution is its simultaneous use no need to exit the radiator. By injecting the Vehicle Mitreh solution, the vehicle radiator and water flow ducts in the cylinder are deposited after several hours.
Vehicle Mitreh solution, is used and approved by many consumers, and practical, laboratory and technical certifications are available.
Clear properties of Vehicle Mitreh Solution:
- Full and non-stop scale removing
- Increase the useful life of the radiator and cooling system
- Better cooling
- More heating of vehicle heater
- Prevention of corrosion
- Prevention of re-deposition
- Neutral pH
- Opening the water ducts in the cylinder and radiator

Row | Vehicle type | The volume of water radiators and ducts | Estimated Scale Amount | Usage |
1 | Executive Car , Pick-up truck | 5 to 10 liters | Less than .5 kg | 500 cc |
2 | Pick-up truck | 10 to 15 liters | Less than 1 kg | 1 liter |
3 | Minibus , Truck , Tractor | 20 to 30 liters | Less than 1.5 kg | 4.5 liters |

5 | Bus , truck , Excavator , Bulldozer | 35 to 50 liters | 3.5 kg | 9 liters |
6 | Bulldozer , Heavy Equipment , Armored car | Up to 50 liters | More than 3.5 kg | 13 liters |
Instructions:
Rows 1 and 2: While opening the ventilation valve, inject entire solution through the radiator and after six hours of engine working, discharge and rinse the system completely twice and then dewater and vent.
Row 3: While discharging 3 liters of water, the same amount of solution is injected through the radiator, discharge after 6 hours working, according to the first stage while dewatering, injected 1.5 liters of remaining solution, and after 4 hours working; discharge total water and rinse the system completely twice and then dewater and vent.
Row 4: Same as the Row 3, the difference is that, in the first step inject 4 liters and in the second step 2.5 liters of remaining solution. At the end, discharge the entire water and the system should be washed completely twice and then dewatered and ventilated.
Row 5: Same as the Row 3, the difference is that, in the first step inject 6 liters and in the second step 3 liters of remaining solution. At the end, discharge the entire water and the system should be washed completely twice and then dewatered and ventilated.
Row 6: Same as the Row 3, the difference is that, in the first step inject 10 liters with ten hours working, and in the second step 3 liters with five hours working. At the end, discharge the entire water and the system should be washed completely twice and then dewatered and ventilated.
Description:
- A) Make sure that the entire water route is filled up at various step of dewatering by a ventilation valve.
- B) Before discharging, half a liter of water should be sampled each time to monitor solution performance.
- C) It is better to discharge when the water is warm (when the thermostat path is open(.
- D) It is better to dewater two to three times after the scale removing and discharge after a few minutes working.
Attention:
- During scale removing, while controlling the degree of water ampere, discharge and rinse if getting more than normal.
- The Vehicle Mitreh solution is non-acidic and non-corrosive and doesn’t have any adverse effect on the performance of the alloys and equipment of the cooling system.
