Description
Mitreh for boilers with high and low pressure, Food Grade (FG1140 and FG1141)
In some food industry factories, steam is being used to sterilize food containers (including canned food), steaming foods such as sausages, and so on. Sterilizing foods to prevent mildew, trashed and corrosive food and long-term storage. The steam used for this is produced by high and low pressure boilers depending on the industry. In these boilers, given that the feed water is usually intermediate, it is inevitable that sedimentation and corrosion in the boiler and the plumbing system are inevitable. The precipitate formed in the boiler walls creates a layer of heat-resistant layer that results in more energy to produce steam. The sedimentation layers are also responsible for causing corrosion in the plant.
A special solution for synthesis and production of high-pressure boilers is food grade Mitreh for boilers( FG1141 and FG1140 ) to prevent carbonate and calcium and magnesium sulfate deposits, as well as to protect the plant against corrosion. This solution is made up of Food Grade compounds suitable for use in industrial boilers, and will not cause any adverse effects on food when in contact with food intake at a dose prescribed by the technical office.
Usage:
After determining the amount of carbonate and calcium and magnesium sulfate, according to the calibration table below, dilute the solution with 100% water R.O or purified water and inject it to dosing pump.
