Description
Industrial Mitreh for warm and hot water boiler (MSA1147)
A warm and hot water boiler is a device that converts chemical energy into thermal energy and then mechanical energy. By burning combustible materials, considerable energy is stored in boiler in the form of pressure and heat.
Boiler categories for consumption:
- Hot water and hot water boilers
- Steam boilers
Warm and hot water boilers have a relatively low capacity. The hot water produced by these boilers is used in addition to industrial applications and industrial processes to generate heat in industrial and domestic environments.
Due to the hardness of the waters which entering the boiler, it is precipitated by the heat of temporary hardening of water in the form of carbonate and sulfate cations such as calcium and magnesium. After some time and the formation of sediment in waterways, these sediments act as an insulator and prevent heat transfer. As a result, energy consumption has risen and, if used with acid or chemicals or physical methods to eliminate these sediments, will increase the corrosion of the system. Therefore, the use of suitable additive to prevent sedimentation, prevent system corrosion, increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce depreciation are essential.
The industrial Mitreh which is special for warm and hot water boilers (MSA1147 code) was synthesized and produced for this purpose.
How to use
According to the analysis and hardness of the water entering the system, inject the required amount of the solution (MSA1147) according to the following table with a dosing pump or alternately into the system (it should be noted that the excessive use of the above-mentioned amounts is not harmful).
No | Water hardness(ppm) | The amount of solvent used per 1000 liters of circulating water | Description |
1 | 5-20 | 250 cc | To prevent the formation of carbonate and sulfate deposits, cations such as calcium and magnesium have been formulated. |
2 | 20–60 | 500 cc | |
3 | 60-90 | 750 cc | |
4 | 90-120 | 1000 cc | |
5 | 120+ | Consult to our technical office |
