Description
Industrial Mitreh for low, medium and high pressure boilers
The boiler is basically referred to as a pressure vessel under which the fluid water is heated inside the water phase to change the phase and absorb energy and use outside of that reservoir. In practice, this heat is generated by combustion of fossil fuels, nuclear energy, or electricity. These boilers are classified according to the water vapor pressure:
- Low pressure boilers 2. Medium pressure boilers 3. High pressure boilers
High pressure boilers are designed to produce water vapor at pressures above 25 bar. At the bottom of the pressure, the boiler is placed in a low-pressure steam boiler group.
There are two main flow in the boilers, controlling them lead to boilers optimization. These two flows include the fuel and water flow. Since the water entering the boiler is hardened, due to the heat of temporary hardening of the water, it deposits carbonates and sulfate cations such as calcium and magnesium. Over time, these sediments act as an insulator and prevent heat transfer. As a result, energy consumption has increased and, if acidic, chemical or physical methods are used to eliminate these sediments, it will increase the corrosion and wear and tear of the system. Therefore, the use of suitable additive to prevent sedimentation will increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce boiler depletion. The average useful life of a steam boiler is forty years. It is clear that the regular maintenance and maintenance is effective on the efficiency and performance of the system.
Industrial Mitreh Solutions are synthesized and manufactured specifically for medium and low pressure boilers (MSA1148 code) and industrial Mitreh special for high pressure boilers (code MSA1149) produced by ABIRIZAN Company.
The Food Grade products (FG1140) and (FG1141) are used in the food industries which use steam in their baking process or in all industries that use steam-powered steam boilers for oral consumption.
How to use
According to the analysis and hardness of the water inlet system, inject the required amount of (MSA1148) or (MSA1149) with a dosing pump or alternately into the system (obviously, excessive use of the above substance is harmful Does not create).
