Description
Industrial Condenser Mitreh (MSA1062 Code)
A condenser is a device that is responsible for cooling water and mainly converting steam into a liquid. Condensers are a type of heat exchanger in which hot steam is transferred to another fluid, such as air or water, and the steam becomes liquid. The conversion of steam into liquid into the condenser results in the deposition of solutes in water and also causes severe corrosion in the plant.
The major problems facing the country’s cold stores, which cause high energy costs, are the phenomenon of sedimentation on the heat transfer channels and corrosion in the facility. The water used to cool the hard condenser is mainly due to cations such as calcium and magnesium.
Temporary hardness, or carbonate hardness, is caused by the effect of carbonate precipitation and, over time, sits on the pipe wall and creates a heat transfer problem during sedimentation. The condenser industrial Mitreh solution surrounds cations by preventing the formation of particles of carbonates and calcium and magnesium sulfates and prevents the formation of sediment. In order to reduce depreciation, increasing productivity and reducing energy consumption, it is better to use the modified water with condenser industrial Mitreh.
Condenser Industrial Mitreh Solution With anti-corrosion compounds, it increases the life of the equipment and prevents them from being eaten.
Usage:
In order to prevent sedimentation and corrosion, inject MSA1069 solution at a dose of one-tenth per cent continuously (according to the amount of water consumed – MICAP).
If the intake water is not fed from resin dampening and R.O system, increase the dose according to calibration table below.
Calibration Table to Prevent Sediment and Corrosion MSA1062 | ||
No. | Water Hardness (PPM) | Dosage |
1 | 100-300 | 2 liters per thousand liters of inlet water |
2 | 300-600 | 3 liters per thousand liters of inlet water |
3 | 600-900 | 4 liters per thousand liters of inlet water |
4 | Up to 900 | Chemical analysis and coordination with the company’s technical offices |
