Description
Converter Industrial Mitreh (MSA1183)
Heat exchanger is a device used to transfer heat between two fluids (gas or liquid) to another. In heat exchangers, two non-contact massive fluids usually heat each other. This exchange can be described based on the basic principles of heat transfer, ie, thermal conduction and convection.
Heat exchangers are used in a variety of industries, including air conditioning, automotive, oil and gas, and many other industries.
Types of heat exchangers in central heating and air conditioning installations:
- shell & tube heat exchangers
- Plate heat exchanger
- Fin Heat Exchanger
Heat exchangers are one of the vital equipment in the process unit, whose proper function has a decisive role in reducing production costs. One of the main problems in using these equipment is the sedimentation phenomenon, which increases the amount of amortization and reduced thermal efficiency and, in addition to increasing production costs, reduces the quality or quantity of products produced. Also, the corrosion phenomenon in the heat exchangers causes the pipes to pierce and the industrial water enters into the process fluid and thus contaminates the process fluid. Other disadvantages of corrosion in converters include the early replacement of pipes, which can cost a lot. Selection of optimal sediment prevention and corrosion prevention methods is one of the factors that can increase the life of converters in addition to reducing costs. Using chemicals to control the sedimentation and corrosion of circulating water in the converter is the best way.
As a result of the neutralization of suspended particles and preventing their sedimentation, as well as protecting the converter against corrosion, the converter solution can be selected as the best way to increase the useful life of the converters.
Usage:
In order to prevent sedimentation and corrosion, inject MSA1069 solution at a dose of one-tenth per cent continuously (according to the amount of water consumed – MICAP).
If the intake water is not fed from resin dampening and R.O system, increase the dose according to calibration table below.
Amount of usage | Water Hardness(ppm) | No. |
2 liters per thousand liters of inlet water | 100-300 | 1 |
3 liters per thousand liters of inlet water | 300-600 | 2 |
4 liters per thousand liters of inlet water | 600-900 | 3 |
Chemical analysis and coordination with the company’s technical offices | 900 More then | 4 |
