Description
Sard Mitreh for Thermal systems
The deposition of all thermal installations while the system running
Thermal systems include all heat generating equipment in utility systems. This equipment includes a variety of hot and warm water boilers, a variety of high and low pressure boilers, a variety of heat exchangers and heat distribution devices in the building, such as radiators, fan coils and others.
The water in these systems obtains the necessary heat from the fuel consumption. Because this water is usually hard and it is hard to see in the form of a precipitate. These sediments act as insulators and prevent full heat transfer and increase fuel consumption. To remove sediment, commonly used solvent acid has the following disadvantages:
1- Stop the system for acid wash
2. Sedimentation is only a small fraction of the entire system
3. Very high corrosion
Therefore, it is recommended to use Sard Mitreh for Thermal systems which has the following advantages:
1. Non-stop system
2. The deposition of all equipment, including pipes
3. non-corrosive (highly controlled corrosion)
As a result, the use of an appropriate method to eliminate existing sediments not only reduces energy consumption, but also reduces depreciation and corrosion control, all routes that have not been sedimented for many years are restored.
Usage:
1- First, the amount of sediment in the system must be calculated. Therefore, if you are skeptical about the estimated amount of sediment, it is suggested that you take guidance from the technical experts of the offices of Abrizz.
2) For each kilogram of estimated sediment, 2 to 3 liters of solution can be injected without interrupting the system in the circuit and according to the operating conditions after 3 to 12 hours, remove the heavy water and wash the pump, preferably water, several times. Exit the soils from the circuit to the rest of the circuit. For the quality of the system of deposition and regeneration, it is suggested that the sedimentation and washing operations be carried out in two steps.
3. After the deposition and completion of the circuit wash, dewatering the system and using industrial solutions, use the MSA1149 and MSA1148 and MSA1147 and MSA1183, and FG1141 and FG1140 codes for preventing deposition and corrosion (with instructions for the use of technical offices).
It is suggested that you take guidance from the experts of the company to ensure that the performance of inject able additives is improved and to determine and measure all parameters of the water process assessment.
