Chemical cleaning of two steam boilers at Fajr Jam Refinery
The head of water treatment and steam production operations at Fajr Jam Gas Refining Company announced the successful implementation of chemical cleaning operations on two 65 and 47-ton steam boilers with the aim of increasing productivity and improving equipment efficiency.
Esmail Rahmanfar said :This specialized operation aimed at removing deposits, iron oxides, sludge and other internal contaminants from the pipes and drums of the steam boilers, was carried out in cooperation with the operation, technical and engineering services and routine maintenance units and by Abrizan Company.
He added :After the successful completion of the operation and taking the necessary measures, both steam boilers were put back into production with suitable operating conditions.
