Surfactant

Surfactants are substances that can reduce the surface tension of water and increase the friction between water and pollution. After being added to the system, surfactants first break down fat layers into finer particles and then, by creating friction between water and fat particles, dissolve and separate fats and other pollutants from surfaces. General degreasers

General degreaser solutions are based on glycol ether and water. The characteristics of this solution are high solubility, chemical stability, compatibility with water and non-reactivity with other chemicals. High solubility due to the presence of dual functional groups and high performance in removing fats makes it easy to work with. Also, due to the non-corrosiveness of these solutions and their safety, they can be used in various parts of cars, radiators, heavy machinery, degreasing and washing of industrial equipment and converters contaminated with various fats and hydrocarbon compounds and other surfaces contaminated with oil, diesel fuel and grease, engine oil and gear oil, wax, organic materials and other contaminants in the shortest possible time and with high efficiency. These solutions do not cause any damage to metals, plastic equipment made of polycarbonate, polyester, silicone parts, wood, ceramics and the like.

 

Detergent for hydrocarbon contaminants on oil platforms

Petrochemical complexes, refineries and other complexes related to the oil industry constantly deal with petroleum fluids, organic-based corrosion inhibitors and their products, and are exposed to grease and oil contamination, some in the form of slag, glue, gum, etc. Petroleum fluids are oily and therefore always cause grease to the surfaces and areas they come into contact with. Also, many equipment and facilities in petrochemical and refinery complexes are rotating equipment that must be continuously lubricated with various oils. On the other hand, some additives to petroleum fluids, including anti-corrosion compounds, are made of hydrocarbon compounds that are poured onto surfaces when these materials are injected into equipment and oil lines and cause contamination. These types of issues cause cleaning and degreasing work in these complexes to require a special strong degreasing solvent. In some cases, mechanical methods are used to clean and degrease devices and surfaces. However, it should be noted that these methods are not practical in some cases, and in other cases, they require a lot of money and time, which ultimately does not achieve the desired result. For this reason, using chemical detergents can be a smarter choice for cleaning fats and contaminants in the oil industry. Turbine special detergent

The working conditions of the turbine are affected by the environmental conditions of the site (temperature and height above sea level). As the compressor operating time increases, its efficiency decreases, the main reason for which is the formation of deposits on the surface of the turbine blades, and deposits are also the main reason for the reduction of the mass flow rate of air entering the compressor. The loss of compressor power of the gas turbine unit has a direct impact on the efficiency of the unit and the production power. To prevent this problem, the unit is equipped with complex filter systems that have a significant effect in reducing the amount of these polluting factors. However, these filters cannot separate all the polluting particles. Many pollutants have very small sizes (usually about 80% of these particles are below 2 micrometers). However, during operation, the gas turbine draws in several tons of these pollutants. The type of materials and polluting sources can be completely different. Chemicals such as salt and oil and other natural pollutants such as fungi and insects can also be effective. Polluted air also creates deposits, which are created by the addition of fine sand particles to the liquid particles surrounding the compressor blades. By entering from the direct path and deviating these particles, they wear the surface of the blades. To restore turbine efficiency and prevent corrosion damage to this expensive equipment, periodic washing with an efficient and safe detergent solution is recommended. Descale the external surface of air fans

One of the devices used in most refinery and petrochemical units to reduce the temperature of fluids is air coolers or air fans. In air coolers, air at ambient temperature hits the pipes containing the hot fluid, reducing the temperature of the pipe wall, thus reducing the temperature of the fluid inside the pipe. In these exchangers, the flow of hot fluid after passing through a nozzle enters the pipes located in the vicinity of the fan. These pipes perform heat transfer faster due to the fins on their outer walls. Air at ambient temperature hits the pipes containing the hot fluid, reducing the temperature of the pipe wall, thus reducing the temperature of the fluid inside the pipe. To increase the heat transfer rate, finned tubes are used. Finned tubes are used in air-cooled exchangers in various forms, usually made of aluminum. In industrial environments and in adverse weather conditions, due to the presence of dust, moisture, and soot in the air where air fans are used to cool process fluids, there is a possibility of airborne contaminants settling on the external surfaces of air fans. Dust and soot in the air, due to the humidity of the air and the heat exchange carried out in the air fan, stick to the external surfaces of these exchangers and reduce the heat transfer of this equipment.
