One of the most important corrosion factors in boilers is the presence of solution in feed water. The economizer and feedwater preheater are the areas that produce steam in a system. Generally, corrosion occurs in boiler equipment due to corrosive gases and dicarbon entry. The most important damage caused by water solution to the boiler is pitting. The occurrence of corrosion reduces the efficiency of the boiler and in some cases causes loss of life and property. In order to prevent device corrosion in the boiler, regardless of the type and operating pressure of the boiler; the equipment in the boiler water should be reduced to a few ppm or a few ppb and controlled in this low control.
First, a part of the solution and other corrosive gases are removed by the method (de-aerator device). Next, by injecting a suitable DE oxygenator before the steam generating system (de-aerator outlet); the residue dissolved in water will also be removed and its amount will be within the standard range. The choice of mineral material is suitable for the operating conditions of the boiler. In the following, the degassing solutions produced by Abrizan Company have been introduced:
