Anti-fouling and dispersant

One of the most important challenges in the path of sustainable production is the problem of creating different sediments in oil and gas transmission lines and stopping production. Considering the conditions of Iranian wells in terms of the diversity of components of the hydrocarbon fluid, the accompanying water containing various mineral salts such as carbonates and sulfates, and the presence of additives that can be injected into the well, the nature of the deposits of each well is different from another. Many wells become less efficient or non-efficient over time due to the formation of deposits and clogging. This highlights the importance of using anti-sedimentation and dispersant materials in wells and pipelines.

Mineral deposits, including carbonates and sulfates, transported with oil, block the flow of fluid and ultimately put pressure on the pumps. Due to the insolubility of these compounds in general solvents, a special anti-sediment solution should be used to control sedimentation in oil transmission and processing lines and equipment.
