Corrosion and scale problems in cooling systems

This solution has cathodic inhibition properties and forms a permanent layer on the cathode surfaces of metals by the mechanism of scale formation through electrical decomposition. It also has anodic inhibition properties because the said film can also include metal ions. This solution also inhibits the formation of scale. The presence of dispersing polymer compounds in this solution prevents the settling of sedimentable compounds on the metal surface and consequently disperses the sediments. Polymers that have an irregular shape become regular in structure when they enter the sediment crystal and cause it to disintegrate. This solution also contains chelating agent compounds. The chelant is composed of two functional groups, a highly soluble group on one side and a hydrophobic group on the other. The soluble group combines with the metal ions present at the interface with the solution and forms an insoluble layer on the metal surface, and the hydrophobic group creates a barrier against the soluble group. As a result, the formation of deposits and corrosion on the metal surface is also prevented by a neutralization mechanism. Due to the presence of special polymer compounds and special catalysts in the MSA1110 solution, this solution reacts with the deposited compounds and penetrates into the deposit structure, eliminating the deposit layers of carbonate, sulfate and corrosion products. The presence of corrosion inhibitors in this solution causes this reaction to continue until it reaches the metal surface, but does not react with the main metal or this reaction is very insignificant.
