Descaling of the condenser of Shahid Madhaj power plant (Zargan, Ahvaz)

Shahid Madhej Power Plant with a capacity of 418 MW in Ahvaz city is responsible for producing part of the electricity. Due to the decrease in the MW of electricity production, this power plant needed the necessary services and increased efficiency of the devices. One of the problems of the power plant's production units was the presence of sediment and lack of necessary heat exchange in the condensers of units one and two of this power plant. After following up with the respected power plant management and technical meetings with the project management experts of Abrizan Company, a proposal was made to remove sediment from condensers A and B of unit one. While examining various solutions, it was decided that chemical washing would be carried out by the technical engineering team of Abrizan Company with cold mitreh (MDA 0102). This project was implemented by Abrizan's technical engineering unit for 6 days in cooperation with the respected power plant management and the technical engineering and chemistry units of the power plant, and the production increased from 35 MW to 90 MW in unit one. Following this success, unit 2 was also removed sediment in the next stage. In this regard, Saba Power and Energy Industries Company, the employer of the power plants under the Mostazafan Foundation, also issued a written consent for sediment removal by Abrizan Company.
