Descaling of shell & tube converters

The shell & tube converters No. 3002B and 3002A of NF3 unit were proposed according to the presentation of the technical information of the converters, including the type of tubes and shell, volume and operation by the processing unit, and according to the type of sediments, mitreh material MDA0102, which is a professional sediment vector material with high efficiency and minimal corrosion (10-20mpy).

The sediment removal operation was carried out over four days by the technical team of Abrizan Company and was delivered after the project was completed. During the operation, the necessary samples were taken from the circulating solution and the necessary tests were performed, and the results showed the desired performance of the sediment removal solution.
